Refund Policy

The Open Arms Collective is a Colorado-based nonprofit organization recognized as a 501(c)(3). Donations made to The Open Arms Collective are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable.

If a donation was made in error, duplicated, or appears to be unauthorized, donors may contact us within a reasonable time and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be issued at the discretion of The Open Arms Collective.

Please note that refunds may impact the tax deductibility of a contribution.
